Somebody pinch me!!!

Sidney and Blake’s wedding was just featured on Rocky Mountain Bride.

WHAT!!!!! 
These two made my job easy. They are the kind of couple who are just warm, grounded, kindhearted, and they trusted me completely.

Just two people who let me show up and do what I love.

They have allowed me photograph their engagement, their wedding, their maternity photos, and their newborn session with their sweet baby boy, Bodie. That is not lost on me and that is truly the whole reason for my work. To help capture life’s sweetest moments.

What a way to kick off wedding season.

Logan and Gabe are a good reminder to all of us to be present. Their love is contagious — and Logan’s sister Tyler said it best in her speech: “You see their love and everyone else in the room gets a little closer.”

Gosh, was that true.

I had worked with Logan’s family before she ever reached out, and when I recognized her last name in my inbox it felt like a full circle moment. A reminder that this work is so much more than weddings. It’s relationships. It’s showing up for people again and again.

If I had to describe this day in one word, it would be joy. Pure, uncomplicated joy. 💌

One of the most meaningful parts of this job is reading messages like these after the day has passed.

Not because they compliment my work, but because they describe the experience itself. An experience that felt calm, flexible, and centered on what actually mattered to them.

I approach weddings as a collaborator and an advocate, not a director with a checklist. My goal is to help couples move through the day feeling grounded and supported, knowing they don’t need to perform or get it “right.”

If that kind of presence feels important to you, this space was made with you in mind. 💌

For a long time, I thought I was doing my job well if I made the room feel empty.

If I cleared the edges. If I pulled people back. If I kept moments neat and uninterrupted.

But the longer I do this, the more certain I become of the opposite.

Some of the most meaningful photographs I deliver aren’t perfectly composed.

Parents standing close. Friends who can’t help but lean in. Grandparents watching.

Those reactions don’t distract from the moment, they deepen it.

Because love doesn’t happen in isolation. 
Years from now, you won’t just remember how it looked. You’ll remember who was there, who showed up, who witnessed you become something new.

Your guests aren’t background characters. They’re part of the story you’ll want to return to.

Girls really do just wanna have fun.

I walk into rooms full of women who love the bride in different ways. The mom who keeps checking if she’s okay. The best friend who knows exactly how to make her laugh. The aunt who’s been waiting to see this day since she was little.

Those moments aren’t filler in the timeline. They’re the meaning of the whole day.

I care about photographing that just as much as the ceremony because those women are part of the love story too.

More gondola rides in 2026, please.🚡

This Steamboat wedding was everything.

We took a gondola ride up to the ceremony site, wildflower breeze in the air, champagne energy from the second we arrived.

I keep thinking about how light the whole day felt. No rush, no pressure, just a really good celebration in a really beautiful place.
