Happy Gameday , Penn State - and for , Happy Concert Day!

As an alumni of this group, I was super excited when the Penns asked me to take their group portraits this semester. I am bummed to miss their concert today, but will be cheering them on from over here at Beaver Stadium.

#1 student section in the country - no one else comes close. 🏈

If you swipe through to the end, you’ll see 2 pictures I took during some of my high school football games. My parents had won a DSLR in a raffle and after spending some time figuring it out, I started bringing it to our friday night games to take pictures of the student section. 5 years later and I’m on the field in Beaver Stadium with 107,000 fans in the stands. A full circle moment for sure - making my younger self proud. 🤍

Congratulations to all of my incredible clients on their graduation this weekend! It was such a pleasure to meet and photograph all of these beautiful people - wishing you all the best of luck on your next adventure!

A break from grad photos to post in honor of . April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and the last Wednesday of April is Denim Day. Today, people around the world wore jeans to support survivors and educate others about sexual violence. I figured I’d add some jeans to my feed today, too. 👖

Grad season is my favorite, but this year it’s even better because of sessions like these! 🤍
I’ve known Alexa, Sara, and Colleen for many years now (I’ve known Colleen for 15+ years!) so to take their grad photos was so special. Congratulations, ladies! 🍾

This photo is from my fall/winter I spent in Providence, RI. I thought New England winters were cold, but sometimes I think State College has them beat. I’m happy to be back in town gearing up for the semester, but definitely a bit nervous to start braving the cold + snow in Happy Valley! ❄️

I am so excited to be continuing Jess Naegele Photography into another year. To all my 2021 clients - you were the highlight of my year! Thank you. It’s been nearly 9 years since I started getting passionate about photography, and now I get to do it as a job! I am so grateful, and I hope to make 2022 my best year yet!
