The Centre Daily Times is selling this photograph I took as a tribute to Joe Paterno. A portion of the money from each print will go to the Special Olympics. It's a great way to honor and remember Coach Paterno.

ClearWater Conservancy held it's first annual Strides for Nature 6K run/walk Saturday, June 19, 2010.

The event, which was held at the Tussey Mountain Ski Area, featured a unique course touring the Galbraith Gap area of Rothrock State forest. Runners and walkers navigated paved roads, fire roads, single track, and even a small rocky ravine along their 4-mile trek.

Approximately 50 runners and walkers competed in the race which benefits ClearWater Conservancy's "Connections" program. The program provides local students with the opportunity to learn through outdoor educational activities at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center.
