✨ Meet the Photographer – Ginger with Focus & Fire Photography ✨

Hi all! 👋🏼👋🏼
I’m Ginger, the photographer behind Focus & Fire Photography. I actually fell in love with photography back in 2022 when I started shooting for our Summit Grappling Championship jiu-jitsu promotion. What began as taking action shots on the mats slowly turned into something so much bigger — and I’m grateful every day that it did.

Since then, I’ve had the chance to capture everything from jiu-jitsu and soccer competitions to portraits, families, milestones, and even weddings. I love it all. There’s just something special about seeing a moment through the lens and knowing it’s going to mean something to someone forever.

I’m happily married to my amazing husband of 5 years, and we live in Starkville, Mississippi with our two dogs, Gus and Mack. When we’re not behind the camera or editing photos, you can usually find us at our fitness kickboxing and jiu-jitsu gym here in town called Summit Fitness Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu.

Photography has truly become a passion of mine — not just the pictures, but the people. Getting to know my clients helps me deliver work that feels real, personal, and unique to them. That connection is everything.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey so far. I’m excited for all the moments still ahead.
