You’ve seen the YES. Here’s what happened after. 💍 It was a Coca-cola cheers, swooning at the ring, and a whole lot of loving on each other around Jekyll Island with the most epic pink sky! Matthew put so much thought into planning this for Audrey Claire. Getting to photograph them enjoying it all afterward was such a treat!

When was the last time your whole family was in the same photo AND you loved how you looked?! Like never, right?

The grandparents. The halfway-to-grown kids. The little ones who somehow aren’t so little anymore. And then there's YOU, who’s usually taking the picture. Family vacation is such a good chance to make that happen. Everyone’s together, and you’ve finally got a little time outside the usual routine.

Take the photos. I’ll handle the planning, and guide you through choosing your favorites and getting them printed. You get to enjoy them in your home, together!

At a design consultation this week, two sisters told me why they’re making family photos happen now.

They’re thinking about the day their mother might not be here long.

That’s a hard thing to say out loud! We weren’t just choosing a location or coordinating outfits. We were talking about making sure they have photographs of their mom with the people who love her, while they still can.

And someday, those photos shouldn’t be buried on a phone. I want them to have a frame they pass every morning and an album they can sit down and open together.

Take the photos. Print them. Let your family hold on to them. It’s super freaking important.

"We want to bring our bikes."

That was basically all I needed to hear. 😂

Rachel + Bo are outdoorsy Florida people through and through, so when they brought their bikes along for their Jekyll Island engagement session, obviously we were going to use them! A little biking, a little Driftwood Beach, a LOT of laughing and climbing all over each other... and one very pretty ring!
