Myranda & Gannon's engagement session at Epworth By The Sea on St. Simons was one of those evenings that reminded me why I love what I do!

Simple, relaxed, and full of genuine moments (pretty sure our cheeks are still burning from all the laughing and smiling)!!

One of the first things Riley told me while we were planning this proposal was that he and Brooke had been together a long time - they're high school sweethearts. I don't know why, but hearing that made this whole proposal feel even more special. It was obvious how much thought he had put into every detail, had saved for this special ring, and once she said yes, the two of them were simply enjoying the moment together. Witnessing and preserving milestones like this is something I'll never take for granted.

Congratulations, Riley and Brooke. I'm so excited for everything that's ahead of you❤️

A proposal lasts a few moments. And the ring is for a lifetime.

Photographing these little details is one of my favorite parts of every proposal because they're more than shiny jewelry, it's the beginning of someone's forever.

You make room for new traditions, new relationships, and new inside jokes. And eventually for one GIANT family vacation photo! 🌞

Sessions like this are my favorite reminder that families rarely stay simple... and that's what makes them beautiful!!

My client's gallery was delivered in color. But these are a few that I couldn't resist converting to black and white.

One of the things I love most about reveal sessions is seeing what clients are drawn to. The image I think they'll choose isn't always the one they fall in love with.

College sweethearts celebrating 35 years of marriage together.

My husband and I are college sweethearts too, so I miiiight be a little biased, but I absolutely love seeing couples who have spent decades together.

Thirty-five years, countless memories, and they're still making each other laugh.

That's the good stuff!

Extended family sessions are a lot of work. Coordinating schedules. Getting everyone in one place. Convincing the teenagers (ahhem... the husbands). Keeping the little kids happy.

And every single time, somebody says:
