You make room for new traditions, new relationships, and new inside jokes. And eventually for one GIANT family vacation photo! 🌞

Sessions like this are my favorite reminder that families rarely stay simple... and that's what makes them beautiful!!

My client's gallery was delivered in color. But these are a few that I couldn't resist converting to black and white.

One of the things I love most about reveal sessions is seeing what clients are drawn to. The image I think they'll choose isn't always the one they fall in love with.

College sweethearts celebrating 35 years of marriage together.

My husband and I are college sweethearts too, so I miiiight be a little biased, but I absolutely love seeing couples who have spent decades together.

Thirty-five years, countless memories, and they're still making each other laugh.

That's the good stuff!

Extended family sessions are a lot of work. Coordinating schedules. Getting everyone in one place. Convincing the teenagers (ahhem... the husbands). Keeping the little kids happy.

And every single time, somebody says:
"I'm so glad we did this!"

Most of my couples actually plan this ahead of time. You reach out, together we map it out, and decide what the moment looks like. Whether that’s capturing the actual proposal or giving you space to have it just for yourselves and we meet later for an engagement session.

Either way, this season needs to be documented intentionally and turned into something you’ll actually keep. If you love the idea of being guided, planned with... then I'm the one for you, so you can focus on the best part, just being together!

PS. You can always tell when a couple is just… soooo good together. This is Bailey, Ana, and Mo 🐾 - newly engaged and completely in love. Congrats, Ana & Bailey!!
