Google has signed a cloud services agreement with SpaceX to pay $920 million per month for AI compute capacity, with the full payment cycle running from October 2026 through June 2029. If the contract runs its full 33-month duration, the total value will reach approximately $30.36 billion, with a gradual ramp-up phase occurring through September 2026.
Under the agreement, Google gains access to approximately 110,000 Nvidia GPUs along with associated processors, memory, and specialized infrastructure components. SpaceX will own and operate the hardware, while Google retains full ownership of its intellectual property, data, and trained AI models.
