What a beautiful night spent with the sweetest couple! From the gorgeous evening light to the love these two share, this session was one I won’t soon forget. 🤍

Kohan | Newborn Sneak Peek 🤍

I was SO excited to finally get to meet sweet Kohan and capture his newborn photos! 🥹

Over the summer, I had the joy of photographing Kendall and Spencer’s maternity session as they waited to meet their sweet baby boy. Getting to now photograph them as a family of three feels so incredibly full circle.

One of my favorite parts of being a maternity and newborn photographer is getting to walk alongside families through these seasons of life. From the anticipation of waiting for baby to the beautiful, sleepy newborn days—it’s such an honor to be trusted to capture it all. 🤍

Editing Update ♥️

As many of you know, my full-time job is being a 3rd grade teacher, and I’m also a mama to two sweet kiddos who are both officially in school now. 🥹

As of this week, we are officially back into the swing of busy school days, which means my editing time looks a little different than it did this summer when I was able to pour all of my extra time and attention into this little photography baby of mine. 📸♥️

I will always do my very best to get your galleries to you as quickly as I can, but my turnaround time may be a little longer than usual—especially over these first couple of weeks as we all adjust to our new routines and schedules.

If you’re currently waiting on a gallery from me, just know that I am working on it and haven’t forgotten about you! 🥰 I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as I balance both of the things I love so much.

Taylor and Courtlynn Mommy and Me Sneak Peek!

A few months ago, my sister-in-law reached out to me about booking a session for our cousin, Taylor. Like so many moms, Taylor had plenty of photos of her sweet girl, Courtlynn, but not nearly enough of the two of them together.

So my sister-in-law gifted her a Mommy & Me session, and I think it was such a thoughtful gift—one that I know Taylor will appreciate for years to come. 🤍

Taylor envisioned something simple and timeless: a studio session with high contrast, lots of blacks and whites, and the focus completely on the connection between her and her girl.

And I just… cannot get over how beautiful these two are. 🥹

There is something so special about photographs that freeze this season of motherhood—the little looks, the cuddles, the smiles, and the love that doesn't need any words.

These are the images you'll look back on years from now and remember exactly how it felt to be their mama. 🤍

I think every mom deserves photos like these.

There is just something extra special about welcoming a new baby into a family. 🤍

This little guy was an absolute rockstar for his newborn session, and just look at all that HAIR! 🥹💙

His big brother brought the most contagious smile and was so sweet with his new baby brother. And Mom and Dad? Absolutely smitten with their newest little love. You could feel just how much they adore him in every single image.

A beautiful family, a precious baby boy, and so many sweet moments to remember. 🤍

Some families come to a session hoping for that perfect photo—everyone looking at the camera, everyone smiling, everyone perfectly posed. And while I love those images too, sometimes it’s the in-between moments that steal my heart. 🤍

The moments where a little girl reaches for her mama. The way a parent looks at their child when they think no one is watching. The giggles, the cuddles, the little touches that happen naturally.

Because you can’t always see the depth of a parent’s love in a perfectly posed photo. But sometimes, you can feel it in an image.

And those are the moments that words simply can’t begin to describe. ✨

Those are the memories I want to capture for you.

Life with a newborn and a toddler is chaotic. There are tears, messes, interrupted naps, and moments when you wonder how you’re going to make it through the day. 😂

But then there are these moments. The giggles. The snuggles. The way you choose to smile through the chaos and soak it all in.

Because one day, these little ones won’t remember the messy house or the sleepless nights. They’ll remember the feeling of being loved, the sound of your laughter, and the way you made even the chaotic moments feel like home.

Sometimes, the sweetest memories are being made right in the middle of the beautiful chaos. 🤍
