For this Mother’s Day, I’d like to feature 2 very special mamas I had the pleasure of working with earlier this year.

The first time I worked with the Wiederholdt’s, little Harper was just over a year and Tyann was carrying her first surrogate baby (swipe to the end for a from that session). At the time I remember being inspired by this incredibly selfless act she was doing to help another’s dreams come true. I’ve been blessed to continue to capture the beauty of their family over the years since. There is so much love in this little clan, and it’s always a joy to work with them. When Tyann reached out to me one afternoon, asking if I’d be down for a last minute trip to KC when her second surrogate baby arrives, I didn’t even hesitate to jump to the opportunity.

Baby Davis is quite the lucky little dude to be surrounded by so much love and strength. The strength of the mama who grew him and the strength of the mama that is raising him. It was such an honor to witness the joy of one family helping another family grow. Tyann, I’ve said it a million times and will say it a million more, you are truly a saint. I am amazed by you. Caroline, you are a beautiful person and I am confident that you will be the best mama ever to little Davis. The love you two have for your babies truly shines 💛

Happy mother’s to Tyann, Caroline, and ALL the mama’s out there! We wouldn’t be here without you, and I thank you for everything you do 🫶🏼
