A little reminder of just how good fall looks in St. Louis.

These are a few from falls past. Different dogs, different locations, and all that ridiculously good fall color. 🍂

And we’re getting SO close to the best part.

The last couple weeks of October into the first week of November are usually our sweet spot for fall color in St. Louis, and my calendar is already pretty full, but I do have room to squeeze in a few more October sessions.

So if fall photos have been on your list this year, now is the time to grab one of those last October spots.

Dogs, families, couples, seniors, chaos and all …bring me your crew.

Fall doesn’t stick around nearly long enough. Let’s use it.

Fall really is one of the best excuses to make some memories with the dogs who’ve been by our side the longest.

A gorgeous evening at Queeny Park, two of his favorite people, and one very loved little senior dog.

You don’t need a milestone or a special occasion to get in the photos with them. Sometimes right now is reason enough.

Fall sessions are happening now, and senior dogs are always, always worth making the time for. ❤️

Greyhounds really are approximately 30% legs, 30% nose and 40% wildly expressive eyeballs. This handsome older gentleman did absolutely nothing to change my mind.

He gave me everything. The very distinguished gray muzzle. The eyeballs. The boopable nose. He even brought the ears for a few, which, if you’ve ever photographed a greyhound, feels like a personal victory.
Such a good boy.

Your dog has a birthday coming up?

Just putting this here as your reminder that YES, birthday photo sessions are absolutely a thing around here.

Hats. Cake. Treats. And a ridiculous number of cute photos to prove they were, in fact, the birthday king or queen.

Because honestly, they only get so many birthdays with us. Might as well make a big deal out of them. ❤️

Birthday sessions can be as simple or as over-the-top as your dog will tolerate. 😂

Family photos don’t have to be complicated.

A beautiful evening in Forest Park, two sisters, their parents, and of course the family dog.

And when you have an older dog, I’m always glad they came along. Years from now, those are the photos that mean even more.

A really fun session from last year, in one of my absolute favorite fall spots. Gorgeous light, ridiculous color, and a pretty adorable couple.

We’re officially heading into fall session season, and if you’ve been thinking about photos with your dog, your person, your family, or some combination of all three, now is the time to get on my calendar.

Because St. Louis fall may be brief and wildly unpredictable, but when it shows off… it SHOWS OFF.
