Went to the desert armed with my Nikon F5 and a few (12) rolls of film.
This trip was my first time shooting on ILFORD PHOTO (Official Page) Ortho+, a black and white film with greater sensitivity to red. I thought it would be perfect for the desert, but I really can't tell a difference between it and FP4+. I had to edit the shadows pretty heavily to get the expected results. Perhaps it was the location, there was more greenery here than you might think. I don't want to dismiss it entirely, maybe next time the desert calls to me I'll pick some up.
I only shot one roll of B&W and waiting on slide and color negative films to get back. Until a major landscape post, enjoy these cropped shots.
Shot on a Nikon F5 with a 24-120mm f/4 lens on Ilford Ortho+.
