"You make virtual tours? So, like, videos of places?" Mmmm, not quite!
I get asked this a lot and, quite frankly, I get it! For the longest time people were used to "virtual tour" referring to a video someone filmed (often on a low-quality camera) along a specific route and uploaded to YouTube. Unfortunately this video "tour" had more drawbacks for businesses' customers than benefits:
β’ Want to look at a spot longer than 2 seconds? Better rewind and hope you pause at the right moment!
β’ Want to look around to have a sense of the layout? Good luck! They would need to watch at least 5 times to determine in what order the rooms were shot.
β’ Want to look behind you? Too bad, moving on already!
Ultimately these drawbacks lead to fewer of your customers looking at a product on which you spent hard-earned money! What a waste! Fortunately, it doesn't have to be like that anymore. The technology I utilize allows your customers to:
β’ Look around an entire space (with a high degree of definition) from multiple angles.
β’ "Walk" from room to room so they know the exact layout without having to guess.
β’ Move at their own pace so they don't feel rushed, increasing the length of their visit at your website.
β’ Interact with info-cards, videos, and more!
The result? Your customers feel like they went on an ACTUAL tour of the space and not just a quick drive by! Meaning they will be more likely to book/ rent/ buy when they contact you!
And the best part? I am able to do all of this for the same price others would charge you for a video "tour" that causes more customer confusion than provides useful information! Don't believe me? Click the link to check out a tour I just completed for a real estate customer. Once your convinced, reach out and I will be happy to help you create a real "virtual tour" of your space today!
