Whose kid might need to be seen by Santa mid year to get them back on the NICE list?

It's Christmas in July, before I contact Santa where is my interest with meetin Santa late June/Early July possibly at Klondike Park or on a beach somewhere around town?

This photo is merely for attention but will see what I can do to get Santa to wear shorts and a Hawaiian shirt on the beach.
