This shoot was part of a summer spent intentionally stepping outside of routine. Traveling to Italy gave me space to slow down, learn alongside other creatives and experiment without pressure. Being in a new environment, observing different ways of working, exploring unfamiliar (and breathtaking) places and resetting my rhythm sharpened my perspective in ways that continue to shape my work back home.
Drinking the best espresso every day was also nourishment for the soul, of course.
As this wedding season ends, I’ve been reflecting on how much has evolved this year. I’m moving into the next season with a deeper trust in my process, a growing embrace of film and am excited to serve couples with even more intention, both here in the States and in new destinations ahead.
