Did you know that I also take individual photos at your engagement session?

I have forgotten on occasion; particularly when I’m obsessed with the vibe of one of my couples. If you look incredible together and I can’t stop taking photos, I might forget to sn**ch an individual at your engagement session. OTHERWISE, you can always expect to get an individual photo of yourself.

Why?!

Well, because you’re just as important individually, as you are together! AND, it’s nice to have an updated headshot! Ya know?

Y’all! Today has been a day. Do you ever just have an “off” day?!

A day where you wake up early, even though you’re still tired and definitely need more rest. A day where you know you’ve accomplished a few things, but not quite as much as you would like. A day where you just feel blah.

That’s how I felt today. A little sleepy. A little productive. BUT, mostly blah.

Is it just me or does this happen to y’all on occasion?!

Do you ever forget to just breathe and smell the flowers?!

Okay, that sounded crazy cliche, BUT, it’s such a problem for me. When I have lots of items to tackle in a day and my “to do” list starts growing, my Apple Watch often reminds me to take a breath. In fact, I don’t even realize I’m tense and stressed, until I see that little blue light pop up on my screen.

Today, was sort of one of those days for me. I’m curious…

What are some tricks you use to remind yourself to stop and smell the flowers?
