This precious family came into my life about a year ago when I started a garden party and Tandra started coming bringing plant knowledge from her grandma.We had actually gone to the same church for a few years but just hadn’t connected. Now we have garden party, church, and our kids even go to co-op together and it makes me so happy to have her in my friend group! She’s such a sweetheart that I feel very blessed to call my friend. Also her family is adorable, Nick is one of SPD’s finest, and Gideon is one of Kovis faves. ❤️

Every once in a while I take pictures of my children. This kid is in such an adventurous mode right now that getting a still picture is nearly impossible. Somehow I got a couple when we were at our friend’s house the other night, and I love them! Also got to try out an R6, and I have to say, it’s annoying how easy everything was on it. Like, I had to learn all of the adjustments manually for my camera and shooting on new ones takes away some of the guess work, now I know what I’m missing out on. I love my new-to-me camera, but man, to be able to go out and buy the newest equipment is a dream for me! So all of you who get to do that, enjoy it, for now I’m going to keep making art with my 6D. (Unless I find a killer deal and get my tax return soon, 😉) 😘
