Not us leaving for our 6 week road trip in only three weeks (😳😅) while still trying to get caught up on posting sessions from last years trip 💀 Guyssssss I am awfulllllllll 😂😂😂 But omg this sessionnnnnnn. What a great morning it was spent with this awesome fam, and I’m so excited to be back at this place this summer for one of our stops!!! Life may be kicking me in the face in many ways lately, but I won’t ever forget to count my blessings ❤️

The colors and walking through the city with this fam was LIFE giving!!! I think the hardest thing was hitting all the spots I found! I love how while I was in Petaluma I had five shoots and got to shoot at a different EPIC location each time! Unfortunately, I cannot do that back home 🤣😭 Do you guys that live there, or somewhere with a beautiful variety of location options, even know how lucky your cute lil butt is?! I am greeeeeen with envy, but thankful I get to travel to some of these places! 😉

Anywayssss, a session with this fam is always one for the books… I’m lucky enough I’ve got to photograph them twice already. And totally not me currently sitting in this airport wondering how this summer we are gonna top the past two years 😅 I’m sure you’re familiar with that feeling if you’re a photographer 🫠 lol

I hope you’ll swipe through and enjoy these🥹 I photographed this fam in Malibu the year before, they were actually pregnant but didn’t know it yet! Then last year I got to meet that adorable new addition in Petaluma, and this year I get to see them again in Colorado! What a lucky little duck I am 🥰

Whoever thought gloomy days can’t be magical, get outta herrrrrre!!! I get to photograph this fam again this year and I am SO freakin stoked!!! We had a blast and I’m ready to do it again! And actually, I think 5 of my summer roadtrip sessions are repeat fams already!! 🥹 whaaaaat?! 🥲 And 2 things regarding that…

1️⃣ When clients book again, some of you know it is THE BIGGEST compliment. Truly 🥰🥲

2️⃣ If some of these fams have already booked their 2nd, 3rd, even 4th sessions with me… can’t you see it’s WORTH IT?! It was stressful and nerve-wracking for a lot of them at first too… but they took the leap anyways 🥰 Making memories and capturing our families in an artful way isn’t something families end up regretting ❤️

Whether you’re in the Springfield, Mo area… or you want to meet me in the Badlands… Grand Tetons… Cannon Beach, Oregon… Petaluma, California… Lake Tahoe… Estes Park, Colorado… Wilmington, North Carolina… Pennsylvania… Twin Cities, Minnesota… Maine… Nebraska… Oklahoma… those are some places I’ll be this year!!

🥲 Can I like my own post 5 million times over? This session… this fam… the PNW coast… man. I know even I’ll look back on this session decades from now and remember the memory. It’s such a special thing I get to do 🖤 This family had such a sweet bond, it was an honor to capture it, for real 🥰 The twins’ bond literally melted me. What a special thing!!!
