My name is Kimberly Wentzel, and I am a portrait and event photographer currently serving the DC/Maryland/Virginia Metropolitan Area. I have a BA in Cinema and Photography from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. My passion is for storytelling, so my education focused on filmmaking and writing. Last night I had the pleasure of photographing the annual Armed Forces Day reception at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. 🇳🇱 The weather was absolutely beautiful and the turnout was impressive. What a lovely celebration of freedom and our longstanding international partnership. Very grateful my Dutch friends keep inviting me to document their events.
