Kavori the Bluesky Studios I am a semi pro hobbyist Nature, Weather, and Wildlife photographer. I also love to do portraits and event photos in my free time.

Shot the Orion nebula while at Stockton Lake Monday night. Not that great but visible at least. And I had poor tracking (by hand) as well as some thin clouds to deal with, but i consider this a moderate success and I know my camera is capable of it with only a 75-300mm zoom lens on it.

Time like this I really want a nice 10 inch or so Orion telescope with auto tracking. But I was at least able to see Andromeda M31 with my 70D and a 300mm lens. It is blurry due to no tracking, and well...stars and the earth move.
