As September begins, and we prepare to put our house back on the market, I’m making a few changes going forward to help keep life a little more manageable. ❤️

Between holiday chaos, having a house on the market, running my business, and just the everyday craziness of life, there is A LOT going on. Because of that, I’ll be limiting the number of sessions I take each month moving forward.

My goal is to make sure I’m able to take care of everyone in both my personal and professional life well — rather than constantly feeling stretched too thin. I want to be present for my family, give my clients the time and attention they deserve, and still leave a little room for myself in the middle of it all. 🥰

I’m also adding another boundary this month: **I will not be online before 11 AM or after 8 PM.**

This is something I’m doing intentionally so I can prioritize my family during certain parts of the day and also take better care of my own mental health. ❤️

Of course, if you have an early morning session, that will be a little different! I’ll make sure you have my cell number so you can reach me with any questions or anything you need before your session.

I appreciate everyone who continues to support my business and, more importantly, respects the boundaries I’m putting in place to make sure I can continue doing what I love without completely running myself into the ground. 🥹❤️

My sweet Olivia 🥰

When you have kids, that oldest one is always the one putting you through the ringer! 😂 Every big milestone is the first of that milestone, and somehow you blink and they’re turning **16!** 🥹💕

Getting to celebrate such a beautiful girl surrounded by such amazing friends is an absolute blessing. I was SO excited to get to do this shoot for all three of these girls as they each turn 16 this year! 🎉✨

Getting to capture this special milestone and celebrate this brand-new phase of life with them was so much fun. There’s just something so special about capturing your kids with the friends who are such a huge part of their lives during these years. 💕

And if you’ve never thought about doing a **friend shoot** for your own child, I HIGHLY recommend it! 🙌🏼 These are the friendships and memories they’ll look back on for years to come, and having beautiful photos to remember this stage of life is absolutely priceless. 📸❤️

Here’s to sweet sixteen, amazing friendships, and all the adventures ahead! And make sure you say Happy Birthday to Olivia!!!
