These big sisters are absolutely SMITTEN with their new baby sister, and honestly, the entire session was just the sweetest! 🥹💕

But my favorite moment? Somewhere in the middle of all the snuggles, I heard Dad quietly whisper to Mom, “I think I’m going to cry!”

AAAAAAND THAT RIGHT THERE, FRIENDS! 🥹❤️

Reason 1,000,001 why I absolutely LOVE what I do! It’s these little moments, the ones you don’t plan for, that make this job so incredibly special.

It’s a little crazy to think I’ve photographed all THREE of these beautiful babies as newborns. 🤍

This family has officially assured me they are done growing, and while I completely respect that decision… I’m not going to lie, I’m a little heartbroken. 😂 There’s something so special about getting my hands on each new baby and watching a family grow right in front of my camera.

But I suppose I’ll accept it… because now we get to enjoy all the fun milestones ahead. Watching these babies grow is one of the very best parts of what I do!

There was definitely no shortage of volunteers to hold baby brother. 🤍 These two sweet siblings were more than ready for their turn, and I have a feeling Mom is going to have all the helpers and snuggles she could ever ask for.

This season is such a beautiful reminder to slow down, soak them in, and enjoy your family exactly as they are right now.

The goal was simple: treat Mom like a queen for her 80th birthday.

Hair and makeup were scheduled, and all she had to do was be ready to head to the studio by noon.

Well…for an hour that morning, she WOULD NOT answer her phone. 😂 (me not having a panic attack). This princess wanted her beauty sleep and completely overslept. After a slightly rushed start, we were finally off to the studio and the rest of the afternoon was perfect.

Mom isn’t used to being the one pampered and fussed over, so she laughed through the whole process. I kept reminding her, this is what we do for fancy birthday pictures!

But underneath all the laughter, this session meant so much more to me.

80 years of life. 80 years of stories, sacrifices, family, love and memories. I wanted her to have a day where she felt beautiful, celebrated and completely seen.

And goodness, look at her she is timeless. 🤍

We’ve always joked that she’s our Venezuelan princess, and on this day, the tiara finally fit.

I’m so grateful for the daily phone calls, the outlandish and sometimes exhausting requests 😂, the old wives’ tales I’ve heard a thousand times, and all the little things I know I’ll someday wish I could hear just one more time.

She is truly one of a kind, and I’m so blessed to call her Mom.

Sometimes our parents deserve their own moment in the spotlight too. These "Silver Sessions" are beyond special, and I would love to create more of them. 🤍

Three big brothers and a baby girl on the way. I’m pretty sure these boys will have plenty to teach her about keeping up! 😂

I loved having this family in the studio and capturing this season before life gets just a little busier.

Fall busy season has officially entered the chat, and I’m equal parts excited and questioning my ability to manage my own calendar. 😂🍂

The camera batteries are charged, the editing queue is growing, and my family is about to hear “just one more session” approximately 47 times.

But seriously, THIS is my favorite time of year. The golden light, the families I get to see year after year, the new faces, the babies, the beautiful chaos of it all. I love every bit of it!

And because I apparently thrive under pressure, I’ve added a few extra dates to my fall calendar. 🙃

So if you’ve been meaning to book those pictures, here’s your friendly reminder to get on it! Weekends are nearly spoken for, but weekday sunsets and studio sessions are still worth asking about.

Baby number TWO was every bit as perfect as baby number one.
THIS is what I love the most getting to see my families again, watching them grow, and being trusted to capture another chapter.

I know, I know… I sound like a broken record. 😂 But I promise, I’m gonna keep playing it: I absolutely LOVE what I do. Getting to love on these babies, reconnect with my families, and watch them grow year after year will never get old.

A beautiful family, gorgeous babies, and a whole lot of love. 🤍 I’ve had the privilege of photographing the three youngest in this crew, and watching these kiddos grow has been such a blast!

But I also know what you’re thinking… getting the WHOLE family dressed, ready, out the door and smiling for pictures can feel like a lot. That’s where I’m here to help.

While I can’t take credit for styling this gorgeous family, they nailed this all on their own, my styling and wardrobe assistance is ALWAYS available. I’ll help you coordinate everyone, guide you through the prep, and my studio is fully equipped with wardrobe options and so many of those little things you may need once you arrive.
