Windy, a little wild, but honestly perfect. The weather played along just enough, and we embraced every moment of it. We took the time to photograph everyone—solo portraits, group shots, and movement-filled moments that brought so much life and energy to the images.
Sometimes it’s about working with the conditions, not against them—and this wedding party absolutely understood the assignment.

This celebration felt deeply French at heart. Louis-Paul’s entire side flew in from France, and Mallory’s dad is French as well—giving the evening a beautiful, international energy.
The reception took place in a clean, urban, and cozy venue, designed in a U-shaped layout that brought everyone together. Mallory and Louis-Paul walked into the space hand in hand, surrounded by family, then opened the night with a champagne tower pour—a very French way to begin the celebration.
Elegant, warm, and full of joy, this wedding felt true to who they are and where they come from.

Winter weddings move fast, especially when the sun sets early.
Mallory and Louis-Paul were married at Saint Monica Catholic Church and chose to share their first look in the church aisle, a quiet and meaningful moment before the ceremony began.
With the reception venue nearly 50 minutes away in traffic, we had a very limited window to photograph family portraits, the bridal party, and their romantics. It was challenging—but it was handled. By working efficiently and intentionally, we created enough images to fully tell their story and fill a complete wedding album for years to come.
More time is always ideal, but when a timeline is tight, experience matters. I know how to work fast, stay calm, and make sure my couples never miss the photos they’ll want forever.

December 27th.
Soft rain all week, stillness on the morning of their wedding.
Two Airbnbs, two worlds—
her light-filled moments with bridesmaids,
his quiet rituals across town.
Black, white, perfume, anticipation.
Love was already there.

Aubree’s getting-ready morning was full of color, laughter, and the kind of energy that makes you fall in love with wedding mornings all over again. Her pink hair glowed in the window light as her mom helped fasten her gown — that dreamy gauze skirt with the modern Watters twist floating around her like a watercolor.

Her bridesmaids hyped her up while exchanging gifts, perfume swirled through the room, and every detail — from her seashell earrings to the leopard shoes tied to her mom’s outfit — felt like a love letter to the people who shaped her.

Watching her step into her look was like watching all the pieces of her bright personality fall into place.

They brought a piece of home to the museum — literally. Their signature living room chair, the one that holds their everyday stories, became the backdrop for all of Aubree’s details.
Laid out together, everything told its own chapter of her personality: the seashell earrings (I’m still convinced they were a subtle Little Mermaid homage), the leopard-print shoes matching her mom’s dress, their rings, perfumes, and the soft textures that echoed the gauzy movement of her dress.
It was the perfect blend of sentimental and stylish — a quiet vignette that felt like opening a window into their world.

Wesley’s getting-ready morning was the perfect mix of calm focus and pure personality. His Viking braids, Santiags, and that pop of pink nail polish were already giving “main character energy,” but the details kept getting better — including the ring he made himself at Hellbent Silversmith in Long Beach.
And then came the gift exchange moment. Aubree had made a bo***ir book just for him. He got emotional before opening it… and then immediately shut it as soon as he realized what it was 🤣 The entire room lost it. One of my favorite moments of the day — tender, hilarious, totally them.
Meanwhile, he gifted Aubree delicate little gold hoops, proving these two know each other’s hearts inside and out.
