It has been one heck of a fall season!’I am SO grateful for all my amazing clients! I have been working hard to edit and have not shared on here nearly as much as I want to! Which I will! But for now, it’s that time of year where I take a break from social media to focus on being intentional and present with my family around the holidays. So from my family to yours, Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!! I’ll see you all in the new year and will continue sharing all the beautiful pictures I have stored up! ❤️

This little mommy daughter duo is the absolute cutest!!! I got to take pictures of this sweet girl back in March and she has already grown so much since then!! One of my favorite things about building a relationship with my clients and getting to work with them regularly is that I get to grow with the family and document all the adorable changes that come with each stage. It is the sweetest part of my job ❤️❤️❤️

Well folks, this season has been SO busy. Something I will always be grateful for. But as usual, social media takes the back seat. But I’m here (for now 😂)! And I can’t wait to share all the gorgeous families I’ve been working with this year! And to start it off, here’s this beautiful family. I did there pictures last fall and this year they had a little addition! He was a little shy though, I’m guessing he’ll come out any day now ❤️ .cook_

I cannot believe fall is upon us!! My favorite time of year is FINALLY here!! My September and October are almost entirely booked! Only one weekend date available in October! I’m loving all the same families from last year pop up in my inquiries! This is going to be such a fun fall season! Bring on the perfect weather! ❤️❤️❤️

This right here is what I love about family sessions! Every family is different and every candid moment captured is so unique to each family. Did we get some perfectly posed pictures? Yes. But these pictures…these are MOMENTS! Authentic moments that showcase the heart of this family! These are the pictures I love capturing!!!!!

Also, can we all take a moment to appreciate this mama! She has raised and homeschooled SEVEN children!! Talk about superwoman! I already told her I’m going to have a million questions once I start homeschooling my son! 🥰

To my sweet Brooks, today I get to celebrate not only Mother’s Day, but also, your birthday!!! 🎉 The last 3 years of being your mother has been the greatest joy of my life! You have taught me so much in such a short period of time! You’ve shown me how the simplest things can bring pure joy into life. I’ve never craved a slower paced, simple life more than I do now. Because of you. These years go by soo fast and I promise to never rush you into adulthood! I promise to continue to provide an environment for you where you can be a kid. Where you can thrive the way children are meant to thrive. I promise to always protect you. I will NEVER settle when it comes to your health. I promise to always educate myself to ensure I’m doing all the right things to strengthen and protect your health. The world we live in is a wonderful place, but there’s also lots of evil and lots of corruption. One day you’ll have to face that evil. But not yet. We are raising you up and training you, but until you are ready, I will be standing with my sword and shield between you and the evils of this world. I promise to protect your childhood for as long as I possibly can. Because you deserve all the happiness in this world! I love you sweetheart! ❤️
