^ HAPPINESS!! ^ I love working w this family 🫶🏻 We always have so much fun! If you want a low stress, playful, natural session, here is my advice - mom is doing all the planning and styling, please encourage your husband to create a fun, safe space for your children to play! Then it’s easy for mom to pop in and out of photos w a smile on her face, rather than stressing about what the kids are doing.

Hard to believe we had not 1, but 2 tornado warnings within 24 hours of this session! Spring has been throwing us so many curveballs, but I swear I have the best clients in town. Always so patient, trusting and positive! I have to give a little shoutout to this young man here bc he was respectful and kind the entire session! Not a single complaint, fantastic listener and even told his mom “you look really pretty” 🥹 !! I love photographing older kids and tweens - don’t pass on the chance to freeze time before they get too big.

1st birthday perfection!! With milestones we typically take a set of photos with 1 parent (if they want) just in case we have stranger danger - not the case here haha. But it helps get things going, and then we take portraits of baby before celebration photos. Some parents like to bring a !WHITE! cake, balloon, stuffy, or special item.
