Hey friends! Thank you for taking the time to check out my site and look at my work! My name is Kailani DeLorenzo and I am a professional photographer in Nashville, TN as well as a stay at home mom! I have two children, Presley and Dominick and they are my world! I fell into photography by way of graphic design. I studied graphic design at Full Sail University, eventually I began taking pictures as a hobby and then people began requesting I take their picture after seeing my work! Then...people wanted to pay me and that's what's gotten me here! I love seeing people smile and being able to help them create memories that will last a lifetime is what makes me smile!

It has been a special couple weeks witnessing some of the most beautiful moments as a birth photographer and midwifery student. I can’t believe I get to do this for a living. Women are so incredible. Chills and tears every single time I get to see it.

This particular moment was so special. Ashley is so strong and what a powerful moment this was! Baby Mac, welcome to the world! You are so loved 🤍

There are seasons when the path reveals itself quietly… and seasons when it asks to be chosen boldly….

2025 yelled quite loudly in my ear and told me it was time to pursue midwifery.

A solid yes to walking beside women and supporting them through physiological birth. In 2 weeks I begin 2 years of classes and have already begun apprenticeship under my preceptor 🤍

No better way to cheers new beginnings than to snag some headshots with my massive load of semester one books 😂

Oh hey everyone! Promise I’m still alive over here 😂 Editing has taken priority over getting together content for posts and I’m almost through it! I’m shooting my very last sessions of 2025 this week and while I’m pretty exhausted, I know here in a few weeks I’ll miss it 🤍 Running about 1.5-2ish weeks on edits currently.

Boy it’s been a good year and I’ve made some incredible friends, had some amazing opportunities come in to my life, captured a lot of wonderful, kind families, put my heart and soul into every single session I shot (sometimes even broken bones and blood 😂 iykyk), and I’m so honored, inspired, and thankful for every single moment. 🤍

Thank you all for all of the kindness, love, patience you shown me, for braving elements (lighting strikes 😂), creek floods, snakes, frigid winds, sand on sand on sand, longer than you expected hikes, long labors, fake snow, real snow, sweat, tears and all that came with it and being so appreciative of it all (I have the coolest clients in the world 🤜🏻🤛🏻).
