I have decided to take my photography business to a level it has never seen before. Even prior to re-opening I never knew "exactly" what I wanted to accomplish with my business. I do now and I'm so so excited to bring it to the Spring Hill, KS area!

What is Portrait Boutique Photography?
Boutique - you may think of a clothing store or possibly a jewelry shop when you hear this word. Boutiques often offer personalized or specialty products/goods and have a very professional and personal style to their customer service. This is not always experienced when you go to a big type retailer or say, a department store. This is one of the many reasons individuals prefer to go to boutiques, and that is to experience specialized care and products.
The “full service” model, that a Boutique carries, is what will now be applied to the business model within Life’s Moments Imagery. Making the decision to implement this type of business model into my photography business was a very big decision, but it felt like the right business model to follow, in order to provide the best service possible to my current and future clients. When my clientele makes the decision to have portraits done it should not only be an investment of their money, but also their time. It is vital to carefully create the experience and end result to capture those memories in a very intimate and creative way.
I used to believe the old way of “Shoot and Burn” was the best way to get creative images while also giving the client what they wanted; digital images. After countless soul searching and researching other business models it hadn’t occurred to me that most families never print those images. They have their photoshoot, post them on social media, and then they are buried and forgotten about for years to come. Their house walls are bare and they never actually get around to printing those beautiful images they spent so much money on. the other side of the coin is, folks (I've been guilty of this) say “I’ll get to it” or maybe say “Where do I even go to print these? How do I crop them so my images don’t lose quality?” “Why are these coming out blurry or grainy?” "I don't know how to color correct so this prints correctly." These are just some of the reasons why I decided to say bye to the old way and instead say hi to the new way! I will still provide digital images however, they will only be for social media platforms and not print quality.
My new approach is simple. Educate clients on their options, help with their selections, and create high quality and very beautifully finished products. These products may include mounted prints, wall art, albums, image folio boxes and so much more. The products will be the absolute best available to the market. The time and details make your finished product flawless and handmade in the Kansas area.
How does the Boutique Photography model help YOU?
My full-service photography offers you a personalized experience and customized products. From the moment of your inquiry, it is so important that I start to learn as much as I can about you and your family as well as they end result you are seeking. This way I can craft a session to fit you and your families style and needs. We will speak via phone or in-person. The portrait experience can be a very intimate one and so it is important you use a photographer that you are comfortable with. That is why getting to know each other first, will also ensure I am the right fit for you! If I am a fit for your needs, we will create your ideal session by picking colors, incorporate props or heirlooms if desired, find a perfect location and even help with wardrobe choices if help is desired.
With being a Boutique, this means I will maintain a very limited schedule to be sure that your created memories are given the absolute attention they deserve. This way you will not have to be concerned with time or rushing through your session. This also means you can be assured that your images will not be rushed through post-processing! You will only be receiving the BEST CARE!
Step-by-Step
✔️Inquiry about a service.
✔️Consultation either over the phone or in-person is scheduled to get to know each other and to discuss what type of session is being desired as well as the end products you will be seeking.
✔️Session is scheduled.
✔️After your session your images go through post-processing, where they are edited and developed into artistically beautiful images.
✔️Once post-processing is complete a presentation of your images and product options, either virtually or in-person, is scheduled.
✔️Once all parties are in attendance your images will be presented to you in a customized way. Once all of the images are looked over we will then discuss your custom product selections.
✔️Products are purchased, products are completed and they are then hand delivered to you, by me!
