Oh the sweet Locklears. I’ve been photographing this family for YEARS now and it’s gotten to the point where the kids just… know me. No warming up, no shy phase, they just show up and are their fun, goofy, wonderful selves in front “Aunty Lauren’s” camera. 😜

We even caught the first lost tooth on camera, the kind of tiny milestone you don’t think to document until it’s already happened. This is my favorite part. Not the “getting the shot” part but watching a family grow up in front of you, session after session, year after year. It never feels like a job, just feels like showing up for people you now call friends. 💗

That bonnet. Those two front teeth. THAT grin. 😍 Six month sessions might just be my favorite!
