This one is for all of my amazing parents who have apologized for the way your kiddos listen (or don't), and the times when they've refused to touch each other, and the times they have hated the outfit you picked out for them and basically acted in ways you haven't ever seen them act in public during your photo shoot, I promise I got you. These are my three, daughter in a dress I ABSOLUTELY loved and planned the ENTIRE sessions colors around and she hated it, refused to even try wearing it until I was borderline in tears and my husbands head was about to explode right off of his shoulders. My middle guy HATES dressing up, and even though these are fleece lined warmup pants disguised as khaki's he's pi**ed because they are "tight" (which means they have a waistband which isn't 100% elastic). Meanwhile number three is Fortnite Dancing and model posing completely oblivious to his siblings angst and the pain they live everyday. It is also 35 degrees and blowing at about 20+mph and what you can't see or hear is my sweet husband screaming threats into the wind about what may or may not happen if they don't cooperate for their mother to get one * #$ #*! photo so he can get back to his #@!%! football game. Point is, I'm printing this one, because it's real, and sometimes they can be bit salty, and someday I may want to remember them salty after they've moved on to the next stage (yes, I'm assuming this is a stage, it helps me sleep). SO please never worry if your kids don't act "perfect" or they don't want to sit where I suggest, or they won't "cheese" on command, I can work with it ;) BUT, also remember that sometimes those shots we can get when they aren't perfectly posed might be the ones you love the most too ;)
