Wondering if any of my FB friends are having problems with Adobe Photoshop. I've got the latest and greatest and it is a piece of s___ in my opinion. It's so "overloaded" with features that I can't do the simple tasks that I've been able to do with prior versions for the past 10 plus years. It must be great for professional photographers, but it sucks for me.

The old steamboat levee at the shore of the Missouri River in Fort Benton, Montana is a popular spot for walks, bicycling or simply resting on the green grass wile listening to the gentle flow of the Missouri River in Fort Benton, Montana, my favorite small town. The shot was taken in June a few years ago (maybe 2017).

The Bear's Tooth in the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness, Montana. The peak was 9 miles in the distance; hence I used a 70-300mm lens on a Nikon D300 mounted on a tripod just off the highway at an elevation of 10,600 feet. The shot was taken from US 212 otherwise known as the Beartooth Highway, "an All-American Road". This section of US 212 (the Beartooth Highway) stretches from Cooke City, MT through Wyoming and ends up at Red Lodge, MT. Much of the 27-mile drive is above 9,000 feet elevation and one literally feels as if he or she is on top of the world.

I hope many of you photographers will join me two weeks from today, June 21st, on a Photographers Jet Boat Tour of the wild and scenic portion of the Snake River in Hells Canyon with outfitter Killgore Adventures.

The wild and scenic section of the Snake runs from Pittsburg Landing to the Snake River Dam and features the deepest part of Hells Canyon (more than a mile deep), fantastic scenery, wildlife including Big Horn Rams, Black Bear, deer, and Bald Eagles; stops at historic ranches and the Hells Canyon Visitor Center at the dam, and thrilling class IV and class V rapids.

Enjoyed a pleasant sunset drive home from White Bird, Idaho where I spent a couple of days shooting for a new fishing video for Killgore Adventures. More on that later.
