Coming back to some of my favorite images to shoot! I love getting to be a bit creative in the studio with these intimate maternity sessions, and I absolutely love how they turn out. There is something about making this time in a woman’s life feel special and beautiful. I send these images in both color and B&W, but I am always drawn to the B&W versions most. What do you think?

Mom really wanted an image with dad’s hands, and I couldn’t have been more happy to make this happen for them! Being able to see just how small they are, how they can just fit in their parent’s hands, that is something special. I am so glad I can provide these memories for people, because there is nothing more precious than having these images to look back upon.

I think the bucket will forever live as my favorite prop for newborns! I especially love when baby is sleepy enough to let their arm dangle down like this - it’s just a slight variation of this pose that I just adore. I try to use this bucket in as many sessions as I can, and I hope you find it as adorable as I do!

It is definitely fall around here. It’s a gloomy, rainy day, but I’m here for it. Although my falls may look a little different these days - full of football and soccer practices and games almost daily, I am still in the thick of things around here. Family photo sessions are happening whenever I can fit them in, and babies are still being born. So while you may not see my face often or even if I forget to post for length of time, remember I am still here to capture your moments!

I’ve done it again. I’ve disappeared for a long stretch of time, but now my kids are back in school, and I’m hoping I can show up here a little more consistently. That doesn’t mean I haven’t been working behind the scenes, still capturing these cuties, all the baby bumps, and even some beautiful families sprinkled in there as well. Even when you don’t see anything from me for a while, just know I am still hard at work while also juggling being a wife and mom. So cheers to all us who wear multiple hats! I see you! 👊

My five year old is starting to not want to hold my hand anymore, and I would give anything to go back to this time when her hand was this small, and I was her whole world 🥹

Last day of school for my kiddos! This day is always hectic, trying to rush to get things done before they are home for the summer then having them home every day. So please excuse a little slower of response times as I try to savor these summers with them that seem to be fleeting!
