Dynamic Spokane photography specializing in bo***ir, high school seniors, business headshots and more...traveling everywhere!

Headshots
Yes, we will capture the simple, conservative basics when required, but we will also roll on the ground, climb a tree, and take a dip if you'll allow me! I love finding new angles and

views that no one has ever seen before...but most important: I love to have fun during our shoot! I pride myself in being a successful photographer in Spokane and always thriving to be a part of the best. Take a look at my work and if you love what you see, shoot me an email and follow me on Facebook for exclusive specials and first peeks at my most recent photo shoots!

She’s kicking some ass!

I'm tellin' ya...the studio shots are making a comeback.

This was only a third of Violet's high school senior portrait experience in the studio.

She came with a minimalistic vision, and we nailed it while having laughs along the way.

Standing in the Spokane river to capture this spectacular senior and the sunset behind her.

I lost one of my flip-flops on the way down, so stumbling through the muck and the sharp rocks was a challenge.

But we made magic. As always.

Never AI. Never a digital backdrop. Never boring....because it's all about the EXPERIENCE.

Living it. Doing the things. Seeing the magic happen right in front of you. When you walk away from your session, you will have made memories...not just a final product.

I Included the Straight Out Of Camera shot with NO editing whatsoever so you can see how little editing went into this final delivery

If I were to do this again, I'd add a third to be a kick-light behind and right of the subject.

But this comparison shows the benefit of separating your subject from a dark background with kick-lights

What the heck is a kick-light? It's just another light coming at the subject at an angle...typically from behind and slightly to the side. It creates a "rim" light...that silvery shimmer along the arms, shoulders and head adding separation and dimension

Gear Used:

Canon R5 with RF50mm 1.2 L USM
Flashpoint Lighting XLPOR 300 Pro with
Flashopoint eEVOLV 200 Pro

Having an assistant like CMP Studio with Leah has been kickass this week!

We have been working hard making up shoots that were rescheduled due to the fires and Leah has been making my job so much easier.

This shot was made because she insisted that Libby hop up on the fountain for one last shot before the sun dipped down and she changed out of her concert dress.

Magic.
