Christmas at the Greenhouse is officially LIVE + OPEN FOR BOOKING! 🤍

Our cozy Christmas setup will be here October 1st–December 5th, and if you’ve been waiting for the perfect spot for your holiday photos… this is your sign to book NOW. 🎁

⚠️ Spots will fill FAST!
Only 4 mini sessions per one hour time slot are available, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

A few important notes when booking:
• Please be respectful of your scheduled time — we will likely have clients before and after you.

• If you move or use anything from the setup, please put everything back exactly as you found it.

• Please treat the greenhouse, furniture, props + decor with care so everyone can enjoy the space. 🤍

Things I wish I knew before starting a greenhouse… 🌱🤍

I wish I knew how much this little space would change my life.

I thought I was just building a greenhouse for flowers… but it became so much more than that.

🌸 I fell in love with gardening and the patience it teaches you.
☀️ I found a peaceful place to slow down and step away from the chaos.
🤍 I learned that growing something takes time — and that’s part of the magic.
📸 I’ve watched people make memories here, celebrate milestones, take photos, laugh, connect, and enjoy a space that started as just an idea.

I wish I knew how rewarding it would feel to watch something I dreamed up become a place other people love too.

There were definitely lessons, mistakes, and moments where I wondered what I got myself into 😂🌱

But every flower that bloomed, every person who walked through the doors, and every memory made here reminded me why I started.

Sometimes you plant seeds and don’t realize you’re growing something much bigger than you imagined. 🤍

Things I wish I knew before starting a greenhouse 🌱🤍

I thought the hardest part would be building it… but honestly, the learning curve after was the biggest challenge.

🌿 Soil matters more than I ever realized. I lost so many plants because I didn’t understand drainage, nutrients, and what my flowers actually needed. You can’t just throw pretty flowers in the ground and hope they thrive.

🔥 Oklahoma heat is no joke. Timing matters. What works in spring might struggle in July, and some plants that look beautiful online are not built for your climate.

💧 Watering is a whole science. Too much, too little, morning vs evening, containers vs beds… every plant has an opinion 😂

🌸 Not every “pretty flower” belongs together. Sun requirements, watering needs, soil preferences, and growth habits all matter.

💰 Building costs add up FAST. Materials, lumber, panels, landscaping, tools, soil, amendments, plants… the dream is beautiful but there are so many hidden expenses.

A few things I wish I researched more before starting:

✨ greenhouse ventilation and temperature control
✨ native plants and what actually thrives in my zone
✨ planning my beds before buying plants
✨ starting smaller and learning first
✨ budgeting for the things you don’t see coming

But even with all the mistakes, watching this place come alive has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. 🌱

If you’re dreaming of your own greenhouse, don’t let this scare you — just let it prepare you. 🤍 Learn first, plant second.

Our plants have been growing like crazy lately, and so many of them are putting out new pups! 🌱

Today’s project was giving them a little more room to grow… although at this rate, we might need to build another greenhouse. 👀😂

I guess that’s a good problem to have.
