Richard Branch, was born and raised right here in the beautiful small town of Inman, South Carolina. Richard served seven honorable years in SCA South Carolina Army National Guard.
Richard’s certifications include; NRA Basic Pistol/RifleNRA, Chief Range Safety Officer, CWP, Instructor Federal, and Fi****ms Licensed Dealer with (FFL) Mission Statement.
Here at Precision Marksmanship Training, we support the individual right to own and carry guns. Opposed to the restriction of gun ownership and carry. We believe the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution protects an absolute right.
Precision is based in Inman SC. We also travel to hold classes for personal groups throughout upstate South Carolina.

Classroom discussion includes; on applicable laws, civil responsibilities, and liability. Students will also receive training in fi****ms safety, operation, and marksmanship fundamentals.

· Class begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 4:00pm.
The NRA Range Safety Officer program was developed in response to the demand for a nationally-recognized range safety officer certification. NRA Range Safety Officers have the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential for organizing, conducting, and supervising safe shooting activities and range operations.
NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting is intended for all individuals regardless of previous shooting experience or NRA-affiliation. While attending this traditional, instructor-led course you will receive direct instruction from an NRA-certified instructor.
This is a four-hour course classroom only course. Students will be trained on three NRA rules for safe gun handling. They are:
· Primary causes of firearm accidents
· Firearm parts, how to unload certain action types, ammunition components, cleaning, care and safe storage of fi****ms in the home
· Benefits of becoming an active participant in the shooting sports.
Students will receive the NRA Home Firearm Safety handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Basic Firearm Training Program Brochure, and Course Completion Certificate introduction to Fi****ms.
We also offer an hour long Introduction to Fi****ms Class, where you will learn the basic function of a firearm and safe handling load and proper storage need. One on one Lessons are also available for $40.00 per hour. Typical one on one sessions last 1 to 2 hours.
