Hey friends! 🤍

I’m still here — just enjoying a slower winter after such an incredible and very busy 2025. Thank you all for the amazing support!

This year brings some exciting changes- I’ll be taking a short break around May while we adjust to a few new changes, and I'll post the changes with some updates then. With going back to work full time after my upcoming break, traveling baseball, and family time; my summer availability may be a bit limited until we find our groove again.

I’d love your input as I plan ahead:

• Do you prefer messaging me for open dates?
• Or would you rather see posted availability?
• If sessions are limited, would mini sessions be helpful?

Samantha Langrehr has done makeup for quite a few of the weddings I've shot and she does amazing work. The brides she's done do not need to reapply at all throughout the day unlike a few past make up artists I've had experience with and her work looks natural and elegant.

No one talks to you about burn out.

No, not the so busy you can't wait to have a break burn out. It's the one where I feel like I don't want to touch my camera ever again burn out.

It's taken me a while to truly feel this way that's for sure. But as I've sat these past few evenings here finally with my family, with no galleries to edit, watching movies snuggled on the couch with my kids and husband, I am finally feeling some peace. I don't feel pressured to have to rush back to book a session or feel the hurry to edit galleries because I have brides and other clients asking again how soon until they see/have the completed edited galleries in their hands.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE taking photos. I love the families and couples I meet along the way and how each session fills my cup in it's own way. I truly miss this all already. BUT. I love the feeling of not having to rush. I love the feeling of being present.

I know that I've mentioned this in the past, however I will be announcing soon some changes for 2026.

I will be continuing photography, things will just be looking differently. 🤎

Kaiser | Extended family sneak peek.

I took a few hours from editing weddings to spend with the wonderful Kaiser family. They were so great to spend an evening with, and the kids were so well behaved! Thank you all for spending an evening with me!

Mr. & Mrs. LaBrec | Sneak Peek

Another almost 90-degree wedding in October sounds insane, however my car read 90 on my way to the wedding site. The day could not have been more perfect for these two and the coordination/attention to detail Lexi had for everything was amazing. She even took the time to make their wedding cake! The day ended surrounded by all of their family and friends and couldn't have been more perfect for these two.

Davis Wedding | Sneak Peek

I would've never guessed that I'd be shooting an 80+ degree and sunny wedding at the end of September. It was filled with all of the things these two love... family, friends, dirt bikes, and diesel trucks. The day could not have been more perfect for Livia & Ethan.🤍

Mr. & Mrs. Bruder | Wedding Sneak Peek

What a day for Dani & Dylan! It rained hard prior to their ceremony, the sun came out at the perfect time, and it began to rain while they did the grand march, eating and stopped in time for some golden hour pictures of the two of them. Everything about their day was perfect, from the details to those who surrounded them with love. Ring Security was tough around these parts and kept an eye on all in attendance to guard the rings. 😅
