Did you know how much it costs to get a character based animation in this country????
$15,000-$20,000 Per finished Minute.

I have a client who wanted some animations made based on her books. Those were the prices quoted to me from 5 different animation companies around the USA.

So a year ago I began animating these books myself.
I storyboarded each scene (much more art than the books)
I cast and hired the actors
Recorded the voices in my studio,
Chose the music
Expanded and added art from the books original art
Found appropriate sound FX
Built animation puppets for each character based on the books
Animated the characters
Edited the Scenes with camera moves
Created a Cartoon Show Intro with a theme song
Edited the sound, voices, music and sound fx
and
Narrated the episodes with my own voice

and my prices are significantly less than the average.
