I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better group of girls to represent Captured by Cassidy this year! Meet Isabella & Addie — and consider this shoot just the beginning. 🥹

Our first shoot of many is officially in the books, and I am SO excited for everything we have planned throughout their senior year.

Another year, another incredible Media Day with SCC Volleyball Every year they trust me to bring their vision to life, and every year we push the creative envelope a little further.

This shoot was no different. We experimented with new lighting setups, fresh concepts, and some ideas I’ve been dying to try. Sports portraiture is one of my absolute favorite creative outlets, and I don’t get to step into this backdrop-and-studio style nearly as often as I’d like. Getting to blend sports with portrait photography like this reminds me just how much I love creating moments like these.

I seriously think we created something special… and I cannot wait to show you what we’ve been working on. 🤭🔥

One year ago, I was asking myself all the “what ifs.”

What if it doesn’t work out?
What if I fail?
What if it’s not worth it?

But what if I make it?

Over the last year, Captured By Cassidy has grown beyond anything I could’ve imagined—not because of numbers, but because of the people. I’ve had the honor of capturing your biggest milestones and celebrating right alongside you.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned? Community over competition. 🤍

That’s why our slogan is Capturing Connection & Creating Community. Every photographer brings something different to the table, and there’s room for all of us. I want my clients to see support instead of comparison and connection instead of competition.
