I’ve been a photographer for 19 years.

And sometimes I miss when being a photographer was enough.

Before we had to be content creators, influencers, marketing experts, reel makers and masters of FOMO.

I miss being hired for experience, talent, consistency and trust.

I don’t want to convince you that you’ll miss out.

I just want to create photographs that will still matter 20 years from now.

I miss when the work spoke for itself.

Santa on the beach might officially be one of my favorite ideas ever. 🎅🏼🌊☀️

Last night was SO much fun.

These sessions are the perfect mix of Santa magic + family photos. We’ll spend some time playing, laughing and hanging out with Santa, but I’ll also make sure to get plenty of photos of just your family—because when the beach looks this good, we’re absolutely taking advantage of it.

Nothing stiff. Nothing overly posed. Just your family, the beach, a little Christmas magic, and Santa in his summer era. 😂🎄

I cannot wait for the next one. ❤️

Fall sessions are officially booking 🍂

I’ve been a photographer for 19 years.

And somehow, photography feels like the smallest part of running a photography business now.

Algorithms. Reels. Trends. Content. Emails. Marketing.

Some days it feels like I need a marketing degree just to convince people to book me.

And I’m tired.

I didn’t get into this to become a content creator.

I got into this because I love taking really fu***ng good pictures of people.

19 years later, I still do.

I just wish being good at what you do felt like enough.

Cape Cod, you have my whole heart. 🤍🌊

Another gorgeous session on one of my favorite beaches, and I swear… I would give anything for Connecticut beaches to look like this. The light, the dunes, the soft sand, the colors, the endless shoreline — it just hits differently here.

Every time I photograph on the Cape, a little part of me wonders why I’m leaving. 😂

Last night with my friend Andrea was just one of those perfect Cape Cod nights. 🤍

I can’t thank her enough for spending the evening with me, letting me photograph her and her family, and just making the whole night so much fun.

There’s something extra special about photographing a friend—and I am absolutely OBSESSED with how these came out. The light, the Cape, the connection… all of it. 🌊✨

Fall sessions are coming, and there are two ways to do them with me. 🍂

If you want more time, more flexibility, help styling your family, your choice of location and ALL of your images, book a full session. These give us time to let everyone settle in, move around, play, and create a full gallery that actually feels like YOUR family.

If a mini is more your speed, my Fall Minis are linked in my bio and they’re there for the taking. Pick the date + location that works for you and grab it.

And YES — grandparents are absolutely welcome at my mini sessions too. 🤎 Bring Grandma. Bring Grandpa. Bring both. I will always make time to photograph them with your children and with YOU. Those photographs matter.
