We’ve been playing around with different lighting set ups in the studio lately.

Here, Roody set up the boom arm for the 7 ft umbrella. We made a makeshift stand for the U Reflector 🤭 The downside of that set up was that I couldn’t shoot with my 70-200 or else I would get the reflector in the shot.

The reflector wasn’t needed when we switched to white, so I was able to use my favorite lens with no issues.

Our first school of the school year is all set for ! We did retakes & make ups today at a small school in Stamford for 140+ students and headshots for 20+ staff members. And now we begin to editing process!

We did about 100 prints at Charles’ birthday party yesterday! It was so much fun watching everyone have a lot of fun in the booth.

The balloon garland in the background is a custom add-on that is available for all Photo Booth Bookings. Charles’ party was a Lego Theme, so we created this Picture Frame as well as a vertical version for Solo Poses. These designs are included in your booking.

Roody & I packed up our new and took it all the way to Bridgeport for Ife & Jemal’s wedding!

One guest was amazed that we were able to print the photos on site. He had never seen a booth like ours before. I loved seeing the excitement and all of the guests having fun.

Mike from was in our studio today doing a maternity session for his beautiful clients. Mike loves how close the studio is to the train station, and it took him less than an hour to get to us from the Bronx! 🚆

Plus, as you can probably tell, he was able to use his telephoto lens. That’s definitely my favorite feature of our studio—the length 📸

Happy 1st birthday to us!!
We have come such a long way since our grand opening last year. We went from wanting to be a Selfie Museum to hosting Pop Up Shops, birthday parties, and so many events! I’m excited to see what the next year brings us 🤗

Ben runs our rentals when we’re not available, he is my second photographer for school portraits, and he’s always so willing to give a helping hand when we have some heavy lifting to do. Thank you so much for being a part of the team, Ben. We appreciate you 💐

Justin and his team used our space today to do a series of interviews for their upcoming boxing match. It was a simple set up with our continuous lights and white seamless paper as the backdrop. A team member was able to connect to the wifi as well so that they could livestream on Instagram.

We also gave them a tour of the rest of the space and talked about their upcoming press conference that they want to host in the open warehouse section. It was a very productive day!
