Glacier really showed off for these two. 🤍

Kelley + Mikayla came all the way from Ohio and trusted us with both photo + video for their elopement, and somehow they landed the absolute best weather day of the three we were there.

We started the morning getting ready at the cutest little A-frame tucked into the woods, then spent the day exploring Glacier together. They wanted their ceremony to feel intimate and private, somewhere beautiful where they could just focus on each other — and this place definitely delivered.

The clouds were incredible all day. It would start raining while we were driving to our next location, then somehow stop right when we pulled in and needed to take photos. 😂 Because they booked us for the full day, we had time to move around, wait out the weather when we needed to, and photograph them against so many completely different Glacier backdrops.

Moody skies, mountains, wind catching the dress, little pockets of sunshine… basically everything we could have asked for.

And after our grizzly situation a couple days earlier, I’m also happy to report that we saw exactly zero bears on their wedding day. 😂

Pretty hard to beat this one. 🤍

Sometimes the best elopement plans are the ones you’re willing to change.

We moved their Tahoe elopement by a day to avoid rain, lightning, and standing on an exposed mountain peak in a storm — definitely the right call. 😂

He’s a musician, she’s a teacher, and the two of them were just ridiculously fun to spend the day with. Tahoe showed off, the weather cooperated, and these two made the whole thing pretty damn easy to photograph.

A little fun news over here 🤍

Rachel + Grant’s Valhalla Tahoe wedding was featured in Real Weddings Magazine, and it’s pretty dang cool seeing our photos out in the wild like this.

This was such a good day—Tahoe, lots of laughing, beautiful details, and two people who genuinely looked like they were having the best time through all of it.

So happy we got to document this one, and even more fun getting to see their story shared again. 🖤

The dogs may have stolen the show. And honestly… we were fine with it. 😂

A mountain wedding in June Lake, two English creams in the middle of everything, and the kind of scenery that makes you stop for a second and just look around.

We have an English cream at home too, so I was already a little biased the second these two showed up. 🤍

But beyond the dogs (hard, I know), this whole day felt so easy and them, surrounded by the mountains, their favorite people, and a whole lot of laughter.

June Lake, you’re pretty hard to beat.

When the sunset hits just perfect....

This elopement was supposed to happen in Lake Tahoe. Then they found out we were going to be in the Dolomites. 🇮🇹

Katie + Phillip originally reached out to us about eloping in Tahoe. During our conversations, they found out we were already going to be in Italy, and casually mentioned that the Dolomites were actually where they had wanted to elope in the first place.

They had just been having a hard time finding a photo + video team there that felt like the right fit.

So they changed the whole plan.

Tahoe became Italy, travel plans shifted, and somehow we all ended up in the Dolomites together for their elopement.

It came together pretty last minute, the weather definitely kept us on our toes, and the whole day ended up feeling completely worth the change of plans.

And now we finally get to share their film. 🤍

Yesterday was an amazing elopement!

We stayed close to home and headed wayyyy out into the Sierra Nevada to one of Carey and David's favorite hidden spots. The kind of place where you definitely need a truck and there are a few moments on the road where you question your life choices.

These two are bow hunters, super laid back, and wanted their day to actually feel like them... so this spot could not have been more perfect.

They brought 20 family members along, did a little hike out to the ceremony viewpoint, and afterward we took off with just the two of them and headed up to the summit of Zion Peak.

Then somehow we ended the night on a boat out on the lake.
Mountains, family, sketchy roads, a summit and a boat.

Pretty dang perfect.

This morning’s elopement is already in the books… and the sneak peeks are already in their inbox. 🤍

These two came all the way from Virginia with 11 of their closest family members to celebrate with them. Small, personal and such a beautiful way to start the day.

We even got them out on a paddle-board… because apparently getting married wasn’t enough adventure for one morning. 😂

Some love stories take the long way around. 🤍

These two grew up together, their moms were best friends, and he even asked her out in middle school… but she said no. 😂 Luckily, they found their way back to each other later in life.

Their entire wedding day was filled with so much emotion, laughter and genuine joy. They were truly so much fun to watch and photograph.

And The HideOut near Lake Tahoe was the perfect place for it all. It is one of our favorite venues, with beautiful mountain views, gorgeous spaces and that tucked-away feeling that makes the whole day feel extra special.
