I don't know about you but I have felt so burnt out lately! Like I can't catch my breath. I can't keep up with anything. From my business to the house to homeschool to spending time with my husband. It's all out of my hands right now.
BUT that's okay. It can't all be perfect all the time. Everything has to take turns sometimes. π€£
I wanted to come up with a list of easy ways for moms to recharge. If you have a little something that helps you, please comment it π Let's help each other π€
β’ Call a friend of family member
β’ Find a creative outlet
β’ Get outside for some fresh air
β’ Get some exercise in (even if it's just a quick 15 mins!)
β’ Get up 30 minutes before your kids
β’ Go for a drive
β’ Make nap time/quiet time mandatory (this is HUGE in our house)
β’ Make time for date nights!!
β’ Do something nice for yourself (get your nails done, get your favorite coffee, buy those shoes you have been eyeing)
β’ And most important... Ask. For. Help. This one can be hard for me but more often than not friends and family are more than willing to help in any way they can. π€
