So, it’s been a minute since I’ve posted 😬

Today I went to an amazing Junk/Antique place full of old barns, and there were so many photo opportunities. I had fun with the editing on this one, making it look like a double exposure from an old film camera 😍

He’s a little leery of new people at first, but as soon as he knows you, he’s the biggest lovebug ❤️ All of the adoptable animals at Al-Van are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up to date on all vaccinations. This photo has been getting a lot of attention since my personal post was shared on Al-Van Humane Society’s page, so I thought I would share it here, too.

Meet Muenster ❤️ This sweet, cheesy (haha, pun intended!), beautiful goofball of a boy is waiting for his forever home with a loving family.

I just love spending time with all my rescue babies and taking photos of them. If you’re near Southwest Michigan, and would like to meet or adopt Muenster, or any of the other amazing pups and kitties we care for, please visit Al-Van’s website to fill out an application. If you want to help but aren’t in a place to adopt, of course monetary and physical donations are GREATLY appreciated. I shared the color version of this photo over the summer, but sometimes I like to go back to my favorites and edit them in a different way. Maybe winter is making me go for dark, hazy black and white edits, but I’m loving this mood.

Something a little different today. I love taking photos of our cats, and I hadn’t done a black and white shot yet. This capture of Cricket was perfect for black and white. Our beautiful girl!
