We are going camping next week at the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve with some family from out of state, and we are so excited to show them how beautiful the “mountain state” is during this time of year.

Both of these photos were taken tonight, at the same spot and only minutes in between the two. I can't tell you which one is my favorite, because they are both so pretty. But the second that sun starts to go down, the cooler the night gets.

Just some mobile shots, but if this doesn’t explain living in Kansas in the month of April.. then I don’t know what does.
These photos are only 5 hours apart from each other. We woke up covered in snow, and then by lunch almost all of it has melted away.
