Tonight was the annual 2025-2026 Charleston Camera Club Awards Banquet at Angela’s on the River. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place color and black and white photos were recognized in the Advanced, Intermediate, and Novice classes and in the HDR and Digital Art categories. A Photographer of the Year was named for the Advanced, Intermediate and Novice classes. Members who accumulated enough points to advance to the next class “graduated,” and the member who participated in the most competitions was given the Shutterbug of the Year award. Of the 82 entries over the club year, one photo was chosen by the judges as the best photo overall and was the winner of The Ron Gaskins Memorial CCC Picture of the Year award. President - Jamie Hodge, VP - Amanda Haddox, Treasurer – Vanda Williamson Perdue, and Secretary – Barb Taylor, assumed their new term as officers. Congratulations to this year’s members!
