6 months of Kolsen 🎣

From capturing his mama’s maternity session, to meeting him for the first time as a newborn, and now celebrating his 6 month milestone, it has been so sweet getting to document these special moments as he grows.

I absolutely love getting to watch families grow through my camera and preserve these memories for them along the way!!

Getting to meet sweet Harper was such a full-circle moment. I had the honor of photographing her parents’ pregnancy announcement, back when she was just a tiny secret, and now I get to capture her in their arms!! I even was able to get a picture of her in her dad’s fireman’s helmet 😭😭

There are some sessions that remind me exactly why I fell in love with photography, and this was one of them 🥹🥹

Years ago, I had the opportunity to be present at Robert and Madison’s engagement session at the beautiful Salt Flats of Utah. Not long after, I had the privilege of helping capture their wedding day. And now, standing with them photographing sweet Tripp, I couldn’t help but reflect on how incredible it is to witness a story continue to unfold.

Being invited into these milestones is something I’ll never take for granted. Watching families grow and being trusted to document each new chapter is one of the greatest honors of my job!!

Robert and Madison, thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your story from the very beginning of this journey together. It has been such a gift to watch your family grow 🩵🩵

Being able to document the life of someone I have known for nearly my entire life is difficult to put into words. Capturing this chapter of Michaela’s story means so much more than simply taking photographs. Growing up alongside someone and having the privilege of witnessing her find her person is a gift I do not take for granted.

Isaac, thank you for loving her so deeply and for being one of the many reasons her cup overflows with joy. Watching the two of you build a life together has been such a beautiful thing to witness.

I love you both, and thank you for allowing me to be a part of such a special season in your lives. ✨
