The most common thing I hear is some version of: I want to do this after I lose twenty pounds.

Here is what actually happens. People message me, wait, and come back a year later at the same weight, one year older, still waiting.

I have never had someone finish a session and tell me they wish they had waited.

It is easy to keep waiting until you lose weight, feel more confident, have more time, or decide the timing is finally perfect. But life keeps moving. The version of you that exists today deserves to be remembered too.
