As a Studio, we need to be able to recognize trends and whether we particularly like them or not, it’s important to be able to offer everything to our clients. We do have a distinct style, which is classic & timeless, but we absolutely will at the right time in place use several different lighting methods to achieve a certain look. For example, we don’t always use light & airy, but on a rainy day with an outside venue light and airy is the best choice. We can shoot dark, orange & moody, but in a candle lit room or shooting a beautiful fireplace that is the correct choice. Shooting, dark and orange in a church for example is a very bad idea as people will look unwell. We simply don’t slap a pre-set/filter on everything just to keep it consistent. Just a few tips and tricks for your Tuesday!

Congratulations to Taylor & Corey! What an incredible day and the rain held out just in time!

Also shoutout to Melissa’s assistant, Meredith! This is her first wedding season with us, and we’re so excited to have her on the team. We believe being a great photographer means having the ability to see things differently, and Meredith brings that perspective beautifully.

We love shooting at Sun Valley! Teamwork makes the dream work. 🤍 Cleveland Ohio Wedding Venue Melissa Lopez Paderewski Sonya Isakova Tay
