After years of trying I finally got a Green Heron Photo! I only have one other photo of one, and it’s sitting on an electric line, and not real great.
Unfortunately for me Green Herons have been worse than King Fishers (if you know you know).
This one decided to sit just long enough for me to get a couple shots real quick.

World Photography Day 2026!

Today is world Photography Day! I don’t think I can go without posting for it can you?
Photography has played such a big part of my life for several years now.
Being able to take photos isn’t just an art or hobby for me, it’s an escape, a relaxation, a piece of survival.
I’m so incredibly grateful for everyone who’s supported my photography over the years, and for the ones who’ve just started.
You truly mean so much to me. Thank you for allowing me to share photos with you!
