I started doing some photography my junior year of high school with my moms old 35mm film camera. I couldn't explain it, really, but I was so enthralled with different lighting and angles and ideas. For my graduation present my family pulled together and got my first professional camera. I mostly used it for having fun with friends and such, but as I get older and I wonder what I want to do with m

y life that I can be passionate about and bless others with, well this just fits in there perfectly! I'm asked frequently on what my prices are, and I have finally settled on some. I figured with the start of a new year, I’d like to take this chance to introduce myself! I know there’s a lot of new people on here who may not know me personally (and a lot that do 😘👋🏻).

So, hello! I’m Katheryn, creator behind KPM Photography.
I’m like most of you, in that I hate getting my photo taken 🫠
But I LOVE taking photos of others and helping them feel comfortable, capturing them as I see them in all of their natural beauty.
I love Jesus, candy, music, being outside, reading, theater, quiet time (when I can get it), and my family. In no particular order 🤣
I have two young kiddos, so the chaos on a shoot with young families is not strange or burdensome. It’s life! And the BEST photos are the sweet moments amidst this real life, as we comfort our overwhelmed 2 year olds, share a look with our partner about the craziness of it all, and laugh along the way.
I’m a firm believer in capturing every stage of your life, because YOU matter. Even if you don’t think there’s been a significant “milestone”, your existing is enough to cherish and document. Teenager? Single adult? Coupling? Family? Empty nesters? Let’s cherish and capture every stage.
