One of my favorite parts of aerial real estate work is making the property “click” in a single image. For this lot in Carolina Shores, I used a clean inlay map for reference and highlighted the approximate lines so buyers can instantly see the 1.0-acre layout and its location relative to U.S. Highway 17.

Onslow County Under Contract

Under Contract | 143.2 Acres | Onslow County, NC

We recently completed aerial media for Scout Land Group on a 143.2 acre unrestricted property in Onslow County, and the property is now under contract.

This was a large tract with a lot to communicate:

Private road access
A natural stream
Extensive acreage
Unrestricted use
Close proximity to Jacksonville, NC

For properties of this size, aerial video is critical. Buyers need to see how the land flows, how it is accessed, and how the terrain and features work together. The goal is clarity, not hype.

This project is a good example of how clean, accurate aerial media helps the right buyers move faster and with confidence.

Caldwell County Listing

New Land Listing Video | Caldwell County, NC

We recently assisted Scout Land Group to produce aerial video for a 2.7 acre wooded property in Caldwell County, North Carolina.

This tract is located near the Appalachian Trail and the Blue Ridge Parkway, offering a strong balance of privacy, access, and long term potential. Zoned residential and agricultural, the property features mature woods, rolling terrain, and a small natural spring that adds real character to the land.
