📸 Hi, I’m Katie—the face behind the camera!

I thought it was time to reintroduce myself to all the new faces here. ❤️

Photography isn’t just what I do—it’s what I love. For years, I’ve had the privilege of capturing life’s biggest milestones and the little moments in between. From newborn snuggles and growing families to seniors, couples, and everything in between, I believe every season of life deserves to be remembered.

I’m also a former Special Education teacher, and that experience has shaped the way I photograph families. Patience, flexibility, and creating a calm, welcoming environment are at the heart of every session—especially when working with little ones or children who may need a little extra time to feel comfortable.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a wife, a mom to four amazing kids, and dog mom to two beagles. Life is busy, messy, beautiful, and full of moments that pass by far too quickly—which is exactly why I believe photographs matter.

I’ve been blessed to have my own studio for years, giving families a comfortable space to create timeless portraits, while also loving the beauty and adventure of outdoor sessions.

My first passion was taking nature photos. I finally had time and decide I wanted to get back into nature 🌿📷✨

Sometimes the most breathtaking moments don’t ask to be noticed—they simply exist, waiting for someone to pause and appreciate them.

Nature has a way of reminding us that beauty is everywhere, from dramatic skies to quiet fields, from towering trees to the smallest wildflower. I’m grateful to capture these moments through my lens and share the incredible world around us.
