While I always expect a beautiful evening at Moraine, I have to admit this recent session completely blew me away. It wasn’t just the gorgeous fall colors and perfect weather, but how deeply this family touched my heart.

Every gallery I deliver is special, but this one really tugs at my heartstrings. The love this momma has for her boys radiates through every single image, and it is so clear how much her boys adore her. It was an absolute joy to work with them.

I can’t believe this day has already arrived!

I’ve known this amazing family for years, so capturing Makayla’s Sweet Sixteen session was really special. It was exactly what I expected: fun, silly, and full of hilarious memories (keeping those bloopers locked away for their eyes only! 🤐).

Rock Falls Park was the perfect location for this session- always a favorite this time of year.

Hockey families are a rare breed. 🏒

Even if we play on different teams, there’s a connection that just lasts forever—and I’m so thankful for these relationships! This beautiful family is one of the "crazy" hockey families we adore.

I’m so glad we managed to find a gap in our chaotic schedules to squeeze in this photo shoot!

P.S. The coolest thing happened during our session: This family noticed a young couple getting engaged in another part of the park here in Harmony. They encouraged me to run over and capture that special moment for them. How amazing is that?! Talk about being at the right place at the right time!

An extended family session is such a wonderful gift idea!

Another incredible senior session is in the books, and this one holds a very special place in my heart.

I first photographed this fun mother-son duo years ago at Rock Falls Park, and they completely stuck with me. Getting to capture them again for his senior portraits was such a full-circle moment!

Mothers and sons share such a unique bond, and these two brought so much genuine laughter and personality to the session.

The camera absolutely loves them, and I cannot wait to share this gallery!
